Bespoke wooden boards are made to specifications at your request, I work in partnership with you to craft the shape of a board to work for your style of surfing and needs. The Paulowina hardwood used has been carefully selected to make sustainable, environmentally friendly surfboards. The Paulowina tree is a renowned alternative hardwood for sustainable forestry.

A rocker template is first produced to specifications discussed. Each timber piece is pieced together and shaped to the new rocker template, which includes stringers made with alternative hardwood.

The board is then segmented and each piece is carefully hollowed out, a process called chambering, to reduce the weight of the board and increase buoyancy. The board is then pieced back together to be sanded, fin boxes are then aligned and a fine coat of resin or oil is applied.
